Acute Coronary Syndrome by Ugur Koca in Open Access Journal of Biogeneric Science and Research

summary
Cardiovascular events related to ischemic coronary diseases are among the leading causes of death in the world. The most common of these diseases are in the diagnosis group called acute coronary syndromes (ACS). According to the 2012 data of the World Health Organization (WHO), Ischemic Heart Disease, stroke with 7.4 million people, and 6.7 million people and 3.1 people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Cardiac Troponins (cTn) are very sensitive and specific indicators of myocardial damage in cardiac markers. It is included in the group of Cardiac Troponins, Troponin T (cTnT) and Troponin I (cTnI). In ACS, increased cTn levels are important in terms of both prognosis and treatment. In international algorithms, they are accepted as standard markers in the diagnosis and treatment of ACS. In many studies, cTn elevation was found to have negative prognostic value in the short-term, with or without myocardial infarction (MI), in patients hospitalized in the hospital intensive care unit. However, the level of cTn in the blood can increase even due to ischemic coronary diseases and even for non-cardiac reasons. Acute Coronary Syndrome occurs as a result of impaired integrity of the atherosclerotic plaque in the coronary vessel. The clot formed on the plaque impairs various degrees of coronary blood flow. In addition to the clot, different degrees of coronary spasm may accompany the picture. As a result of these changes, acute elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), ST elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) or unstable angina pectoris (Unstable Angina Pectoris, UAP) may occur in the clinic.

Introduction
Cardiovascular events related to ischemic coronary diseases are the leading causes of death in the world [1]. Those who complain about ischemic coronary disease often apply to emergency departments for initial diagnosis and treatments. The most common of these diseases are in the diagnosis group called acute coronary syndromes (ACS) [2]. An approach principle consisting of clinical history, ECG and cardiac markers is used in the diagnosis of ACS's emergency department. Although the history and ECG elements of the clinical approach have the same characteristics since the past, cardiac markers have been frequently changed in recent years, and they continue to take place in diagnostic approaches by updating and updating them.

Among the cardiac markers, cardiac Troponins (cTn) are highly sensitive and specific indicators of myocardial damage. It is included in the group of Cardiac Troponins, Troponin T (cTnT) and Troponin I (cTnI). In ACS, increased cTn levels are important in terms of both prognosis and treatment [3]. In international algorithms, they are accepted as standard markers in the diagnosis and treatment of ACS [4,5]. In many studies, the height of cTn was found to have negative prognostic value in the short-term, with or without myocardial infarction (MI), in patients hospitalized in the hospital intensive care unit. However, the level of cTn in the blood can increase even without ischemic coronary diseases [6]. The number of clinical studies conducted on the increase of the level of cTn in the blood when it is not related to ischemic coronary diseases is low.

The Provision of the Modern and Special Features of Arealing of the Mountains and Black Lands in the Gedebey District

The Provision of the Modern and Special Features of Arealing of the Mountains and Black Lands in the Gedebey District by Aliyev Zakir Huseyn Oglu

Open Access Journal of Biogeneric Science and Research

It is well known that the classification of brown soils was first made in 1949 by IP Gerasimov. Although 69 years have passed since the first classification to date, brown soil has not yet been able to occupy its place in the classification. Thus, to substantiate the aforementioned idea, we have many years of theoretically and practically analyzed data. It is known that brown soils are widely formed in the Balkan Peninsula and around the Mediterranean (European and African coasts).  This information was published in the works of the 6th International Congress of Soil Science, held in Paris in 1956. The last classification of Azerbaijani lands was given by ME Salayev [1], where the author was especially interested in the search for correlation between the nomenclature system of the land and the system of nomenclature of the world with a more detailed study of the diagnostic parameters of soils.

Thus, when analyzing the results of SE Salayev's observations, attention is drawn to the specificity of mountain and brown soils from other types of soil and the relief and climatic complexity of the mountainous terrain. As noted by Salayev ME, brown soils were formed on both flat and mountainous background. However, it should be borne in mind that the brown soils in Azerbaijan have largely formed their genetic characteristics in the complex exposition of the mountainous relief and retained their classic morphological features. You don't have to go very far to justify this idea. Thus, it is possible to encounter mountainous brown and mountainous lands in the northeastern part of the Lesser Caucasus, with a large range of Gadabay. Brown soils are associated with the gray-brown soils formed in the foothills and forests of the Gadabay region from the south. In the upper border, brown mountain-forest lands create a transition to dark brown soils. The brown area of the forest zone has developed from 400-500m up to 1100-1200m, mainly under oak and partly forest.

Peer Review Process_Open Access Journal of Biogeneric Science and Research

Open access Journal Publishers

Introduction To Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process refers to a system, which is used to access Manuscript quality before it is published online. All the independent researchers/experts/professionals in the relevant field are subjected to assess the submitted manuscripts for validity, originality, and significance to help editors determine whether a manuscript should be published in their journal.

Peer Review Process can also help to establish a method by which it can be evaluated and enhance networking possibilities within research communities and helps to validate the research works. Nevertheless, to say, Peer Review has widely accepted method for research validation.

This Peer review process helps in validating the research works, establish a method by which it can be evaluated and increase networking possibilities within research communities. Keeping criticism aside, peer review is still one of the extensively accepted method for bigeneric research validation.

The well-written research articles that meet brilliant scientific standards, records, explanations, and testimonials of their work presented with Bibliographic reasoning rely are only accepted for our Open Access Journal of Biogeneric Science publication.

Types of Peer Review Process
Single Blind:
Single Blind Peer Review Process means authors are completely unaware about the reviewers but the editors are aware of the authors’ identity. This method serves to reduce chances of conflict as there is huge impact if author’s known identity could influence the review.

Double Blind:
In this process, both the author and peer reviewers are not aware of each other’s identity. In a double-blind peer review, articles offer a reliable form of scientific communication as it is scrutinized based on the content provided irrespective of the submitted person or the area of submission.

Another type of Review process – Open Peer Review
In this Open Peer Review process, both author's and reviewers' identities are well-known to each other.

Which Peer-Review Process did Open Access Journal of Biogeneric Science follow?
Our Open Access Journal of Biogeneric Science follows Double-blind peer review process, in which both the editors and authors who are going to review the articles submitted and approve for publication are completely unaware of each other’s identity. Moreover, our Manager of Editor Department assigns the articles, which are received from the researchers to the reviewers/editors along with an electronic review form in which the reviewers are initially supposed to check the scope of the manuscript whether fits to the journal or not then, they need to fill the form of a questionnaire and at the end they will provide their comments or any suggestions/edits in the paper (if required) to approve the manuscript for publication in the journal.

If a paper/article is rejected, this does not necessarily mean it is of poor quality and it may be rejected it doesn't meet the high standards of originality and novelty as per the guidelines. The journal will get publish if the reviewer suggests only minor edits but before that, the author is asked to make those corrections.
